At Wool & Linen, each piece is thoughtfully handwoven using natural fibres and traditional techniques. Because of the nature of this work, every item is unique.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing, and feel free to contact us with any questions prior to ordering.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the fault

If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement (where possible), or refund, at our discretion.

Handmade Variations

Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, weave, or size are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered faults, but rather part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.

Care & Use

We are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged due to incorrect care, washing, or use. Please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase.

Sale Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

Return Shipping

Where a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
