At Wool & Linen, each piece is carefully prepared, wrapped, and sent with intention. Please allow time for thoughtful handling of your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

As all items are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, some orders may require additional preparation time. If there is any delay, you will be notified.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We ship within New Zealand using tracked courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Urban addresses: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Rural addresses: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, delivery times and costs will vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Your order will be packaged carefully to protect the textile and honour the work. We aim to use minimal and mindful packaging wherever possible.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer. Wool & Linen is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal or courier services.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
